APMEX Employees Work to Get Customers 2022 Eagles in Time

Precious Metals company employees come together to help process thousands of 2022 American Eagle coin orders to uphold the company’s promise to its customers.

On Saturday 1/8/22 APMEX team members came together to help operations staff fulfill 2022 Gold and Silver American Eagles orders to get them shipped out to customers in time.  APMEX received nearly 15,000 2022 Gold and Silver American Eagle orders, and this surge required all hands on deck to make sure that the company delivered their promise to customers to get these Gold and Silver shipped as quickly as possible.

“It is very important that each customer feels prioritized, and so here at APMEX holding our annual ‘Eagle Saturday’ is crucial to making sure we meet this standard and get out all of the orders as quickly as possible,” said VP of Merchandising Ryan Boyles. “The demand for the 2022 release was the largest we’ve ever experienced as a company, with this being the first full year of the new reverse designs on the Gold and Silver Eagle Coins, after introducing them in mid-2021″.

Employees from all different departments—from executive leadership to accounting to marketing and more—volunteered their time on the weekend to make sure that the company succeeds. “I’m always so proud of how the APMEX team pitches in to help serve our customers when we have so many orders coming in,” said CEO Ken Lewis. “Teamwork is so integral at APMEX, and it really shows on days like this Saturday.”
