Quarter Values

The Quarter has been struck since 1796 and includes many collectible series and types, especially in modern times. There are many modern collectible coins in the Washington Quarter series including the 50 State series, the America the Beautiful series and the American Innovation series. 

The World’s Columbian Exposition Commemorative Half Dollars were not the only coins to be issued and sold at the Columbian Exposition. Learn more about Isabella Quarters.
The Draped Bust design was created by Robert Scot, the chief engraver of the U.S. Mint at the time, and ran from 1796 to 1807.
The Liberty Seated quarter survived through the Civil War, though many hoarded coins during this time period. These coins were produced until 1891.
